classy living room interior

If you like a more neutral color palate this living room might be your thing! The 2 matching leather chesterfield sofas are classic. I added large silk palm printed tone-on-tone pillows to each sofa to bring in the colors in the Oushak rug. The dark blue-grey leather chairs in the foreground pull in the colors in the rug as well as the painted cabinets on either side of the stone fireplace. The large coffee table grounds the space. The scale of the furniture is essential for this large room.

Along with the simplicity of the color palette we chose these simple woven wood Roman shades for the 2 sets of double doors leading out to the back porch.

This Mediterranean style dining room boasts two iron chandeliers over the custom-made, long, farm, trestle table. The upholstered chairs and large Oushak rug soften these hard surfaces. The linen botanical fabric on the custom-made window treatments brings pattern and color to the room and ties in the piece of art hung over the iron console at the end of the room. While the sheers filter the direct sunlight coming in from the front of the house.

The tall, fun, and contemporary buffet lamps bring in another element to show you that you can mix styles and periods and still create a seamless look.

Art, lamps, and accessories are staples in finishing any space. This golden lined decorative shell brings the Mediterranean look of the room atop the stone top console. The contemporary jazz art and spiky gold lamps bring an unexpected pop that just works in this otherwise traditional room.

For this sailing family, these antique boat figureheads were a super find for the corner of the living room. With a simple mirror hanging behind the granite-mounted accessories, the figureheads can be seen and highlighted throughout the room.

We went way back in time for this classic reading room. With the dark wood stained mantle, beams, and bookcases along with the oil painted portrait and antique sconces you’ll feel like you are in an old library in a Mediterranean castle.

This simple guest room is neutral and cozy enough for your guests to relax in the luxurious bedding without being too fussy with extras.

In the mirror of this master bedroom you can see the hand made tapestry reflected on the opposite wall. I also love the lamp and the orchid accessorizing the black chest of drawers.
